What if my payment doesn’t go through?

  1. Make sure you are using a supported card, like Visa, Master Card, Discover, Diners Club or American Express.
  2. Enter your card information correctly. Do not copy/paste.
  3. If your card isn’t working, you may want to contact your bank. Make sure there are no issues with the card or bank account, you have enough funds, online payments are enabled and your bank is not blocking the payment.
  4. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  5. Access Midco Sports Plus through private or incognito mode.
  6. Try using a different browser like Chrome, Mozilla, Safari or Edge.
  7. Log in on a different device.
  8. Try a different card or payment method.
  9. Try using a different payment method (PayPal, Direct Debit, etc), if one has been made available on the final payment screen.
